To the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO CLERK’S OFFICE:

This Letter is a letter of Commercial notification to the County of San Mateo Clerk’s Office in regard to National Identification, Status and Jurisdiction. I now affirm that, for the record, I :Rasool Abdul-Rahim: El (Free National Autochthon name) / :Reginald-Buddy: Ringgold III (In Propria Persona Sui Juris), have the Unalienable right to choose my Lawful-Sovereign-Nationality, and that no federal, state, local, municipal, de-facto government or corporation can take that right away by any statutory law or administrative rule without my knowing, willing and voluntary consent. Not by (TDC) threat, duress, or coercion of any kind NOT by constructive fraud. Therefore I asservate and declare my lawful Sovereignty.

Retaining all substantive unalienable rights and immunities as described in the Moroccan Treaty of Peace and Friendship (1787), Superseded by the Treaty of Eighteen Thirty Six (1836), no federal, state, local, municipal, de facto government or corporation holds jurisdiction over this, In Propria Persona Sui Juris, : Rasool Abdul-Rahim: El/ :Reginald-Buddy: Ringgold III, Flesh and Blood Man. I waive no Rights at any time. I do not at anytime designate anyone to be a binding arbitrator in any disputes of my Rights of Equity.
